Robert R. Boucher, A. C. Wilkinson and Jules R. Gueymard have appealed from a decision of the State Civil Service Commission sustaining their dismissal by J. Hadley Heard, Administrator of Division of Employment Security of the Department of Labor, State of Louisiana, for causes alleged.
