Arthur Cartwright, appellant, brought suit for divorce against Thelma L. Cartwright, appellee, who in turn filed a cross bill against appellant. She was awarded the decree. As only the provisions for division of the property are appealed from, we shall make but brief references to appellant's extreme and unusual cruelty.
