Appellant was an employee of Shaw Brothers Shipping Company, called Shaw Brothers, an independent stevedore engaged to unload the Motor Ship Daleby whose cargo, among other things, consisted of English type, light automobiles loaded 'tween decks in the upper half of rear hold No. 5.
