SEBRING, Justice.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of conviction in the Criminal Court of Record for Hillsborough County, on a charge of unlawful possession of moonshine whiskey and the concealment of the same.

According to the record the arresting officer obtained information as to the defendant's activities by sending a representative to her home to buy moonshine whiskey. Several days after the purchase of a bottle of moonshine liquor by the representative...
