The collision occurred as described in the statement of facts, at a wide-open intersection of two county trunk highways, neither being an arterial. The driver of the truck was killed, and Marvin Kreft suffered retrograde amnesia. The witnesses were Mrs. Kreft and others who arrived after the accident.
