This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, overruling the appellant's motion which sought to have a former order made at a prior term of court set aside. The order complained of was entered on June 30, 1953, and is as follows:

"For good cause shown, the above entitled action is replaced upon the active list.

(Signed) Bartlett, Judge."
