This is an action in negligence for personal injuries allegedly resulting from a collision between the automobiles of the appellant and the appellee. The injury complained of was the fracture of the fifth lumbar vertebra of appellee's spine.

Trial was to the court. Judgment was for plaintiff (appellee) in the sum of $7,500.00.
