On June 10, 1939 plaintiff and defendant entered into a contract which provides that plaintiff has participated in the acquisition of certain facilities of the Tennessee Power Company and that the purpose of the contract is to state the terms and conditions under which defendant shall sell electricity to the plaintiff.
