CODY, Justice.

Appellee is the Administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, who met his death at Eunice, Louisiana, shortly after 2 o'clock on the afternoon of February 1, 1951, while working as a brakeman for appellant. The deceased was crushed to death as he rode on the side of a boxcar which, after being derailed, collided with the side of a warehouse, at the side of which the boxcar was being spotted for unloading.
