This is an appeal by the relator from an order of the district court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The relator was convicted of bank robbery on his plea of nolo contendere in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and is now serving a term of ten years imprisonment imposed by that court.
