This suit against the Duke Power Company under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, was instituted by the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, an unincorporated association, and certain individuals formerly employed by Duke in the operation of a motor bus transportation system at High Point, North Carolina.
