PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of the crime of Lascivious Acts with a Child contrary to section 725.2 of the 1950 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Being sentenced accordingly he has appealed to this court. The case comes to us upon clerk's transcript.

We have examined the record and find no error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
