This action was brought to recover damages for injuries sustained by Mrs. Catherine C. Wardhaugh as a result of falling to the floor in the store of Weisfields's, Inc., in Seattle. Mrs. Wardhaugh will be referred to as if she were the only plaintiff and appellant. The jury returned a verdict in plaintiff's favor in the sum of $4,329.30. The trial court thereafter granted defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v.,...
