This is a suit for injunction and for an accounting. The case on its pleadings, is as follows: In June of 1948, the plaintiff and two others formed a partnership for the purpose of manufacturing and selling infants' and children's garments, principally an article called "Handi-Panti," the idea and pattern for which was designed by them.
