The City of New Castle has appealed from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission of February 18, 1952, granting the Pennsylvania Railroad Company a certificate of public convenience evidencing Commission approval of the Railroad's abandonment of passenger train service between Beaver Falls and Sharon.
