Dorris Rogers, aged 2 1/2 years, while residing in a second-floor apartment owned by Walter Sins, defendant, fell out of a hall window, taking a screen with her, and received injuries. Suit was brought in her behalf by her father as next friend. The trial court entered judgment on a verdict for plaintiff of $7,500, and this appeal followed.
