Mrs. Ida Mae Beverly instituted her suit against Olin L. Beverly for a divorce, alimony for herself and their two minor children, and attorney's fees. The husband in his answer alleged that the wife had, by virtue of a written contract entered into between them on April 21, 1952, settled and satisfied all claims for alimony for herself and the children.
