This was an action filed by the Continental Supply Company against A. R. Jordan and Hall-Miller Drilling Company, a co-partnership composed of F. C. Hall and Joe J. Miller, to recover the balance due on an oil rotary drilling rig. It was stipulated and agreed that Continental was entitled to judgment against either Jordan or Hall-Miller Drilling Company.
