W. N. Manly and Lucile T. Manly filed a motion for judgment against Tidewater Construction Corporation, Merritt, Chapman and Scott, Inc., and Norfolk Dredging Company, Inc., seeking to recover for damages to a building owned by plaintiffs, alleging that its subjacent support had been removed by the defendants who were at the time engaged in the construction of a tunnel.
