Plaintiff, Zoe Grivas, commenced this action in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, against the defendant, Parmelee Transportation Company, a foreign corporation, for alleged personal injuries sustained on December 16, 1951, in a collision at a street intersection between an automobile driven by one Coula Papadatos, in which plaintiff was a passenger, and defendant's limousine.
