This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence for the possession of lottery tickets and other lottery paraphernalia. The case comes to this Court on the refusal of the trial judge to exclude certain of this lottery paraphernalia as evidence against the appellant. The appellant and Gladys Traynham were jointly indicted. Gladys Traynham plead guilty to the possession of the lottery paraphernalia, which plea was accepted...
