On September 19, 1952 the grand jury presented against James Christy, George Rabatin, Julius Litus and Frank Hegyi an indictment composed of two counts in the first of which it charged the defendants therein named with the perpetration jointly on July 1, 1952 of an atrocious assault and battery upon one Carl Revy.
