This is an appeal from a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in an extradition matter.

An indictment was returned against petitioner in Virginia alleging that on or about January 1, 1952, he unlawfully, feloniously and fraudulently removed from that State a certain motor vehicle, upon which he had given a lien to a bank in Orange, Virginia, the removal being without the written consent of the lienor.
