This is an appeal by transcript from the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county by Earl Thomas Hanlan, who in that court entered a plea of guilty to an information charging him with the offense of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and where he was assessed punishment at a fine of $100 and costs.
