The nine appellants, plaintiffs in the district court, brought this action under 33 U.S.C.A. § 921(b) to review the order of the Deputy Commissioner denying their claims for compensation under the Long-shoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 44 Stat. 1424, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., arising out of the death of their alleged father, Edward Ellis.
