Berry Williams had been employed by the Sorg Paper Company for about 20 years when on October 13, 1949, while in the course of his employment in his employer's factory, at Middletown, Ohio, he suddenly developed coronary occlusion, resulting in his immediate death. The Sorg Paper Company was amenable to and had complied with the Workmen's Compensation Law. His widow, the plaintiff in this case, filed a claim for compensation with the Industrial Commission...
