The defendant (plaintiff in error) Allen Arthur Louis, was convicted before a jury in the county court of Choctaw county of a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and punishment was fixed at 30 days in the county jail, and a fine of $250. The case is here on appeal.
