This is an action brought by the United States of America pursuant to section 205 (a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 56 Stat. 33, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix § 925(a), and section 206(a) of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended, 61 Stat. 193, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 1881 et seq. The appellants, defendants below, are a corporation, Warner Holding Company, which is the owner of certain apartments in Minneapolis...
