The appellant, Heyl, conducted a local fire and casualty insurance agency in New Orleans, Louisiana, for many years prior to his adjudication as a voluntary bankrupt. The appellee is one of his principal creditors. In the course of the bankruptcy proceedings the question arose as to whether "the expirations" of the bankrupt's insurance agency was an asset of the bankrupt estate and subject to sale for the benefit of creditors under the provisions...
