The Washington state bar association charged James P. Healy with violation of his oath and duties as an attorney at law, and of the ethics of the profession. A hearing was had in Tacoma, before the trial committee composed of Wallace Mount, John D. Cochran, and Harold Lant, the latter being a member of the board of governors and acting as chairman.
