Each driver was injured in the collision. They were taken to the same hospital in the same ambulance and treated by the same doctor, who testified that each, because of injuries, suffered a retrograde amnesia. Each driver was alone. The plaintiff Mary Vogel could remember nothing that happened after passing a farm some distance west of the intersection and Vetting could remember nothing after he passed a certain...
