This is an appeal on questions of law from a verdict of a jury and a judgment in the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County for $6,000 for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while a passenger on a streetcar operated by defendant. Defendant admitted liability during the trial of the cause, and the case was submitted to the jury on the question of damages.
