This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Allegany County reversing an order passed by the State Industrial Accident Commission, which disallowed the appellee's claim for compensation for the reason that it had not been filed within one year after the beginning of disability, as required by Code, 1951, Article 101, Section 38.
