The appellants seek reversal of judgments on verdicts by a jury finding the driver of the tractor-trailer belonging to the Darienzo Trucking Corporation guilty of negligence, directly contributing to an accident which damaged the appellees. The Trial Court rejected motions for directed verdicts at the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case, and at the conclusion of the whole case, and also refused to grant motions for judgments...
