Plaintiff-appellant (hereinafter called Kingwood) brought this action against certain defendants who are legatees, grantees, and assignees of William Bell, deceased. These defendants joined in a motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
