PRICE, Judge.

Birmingham Electric Company, a corporation, and Tubular Service Corporation were sued jointly by appellant to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her as a result of a collision between a bus of Birmingham Electric Company, upon which appellant was riding as a farepaying passenger, and a motor vehicle of the Tubular Service Corporation.

There was a verdict and judgment for plaintiff for $500.
