This action was brought by Ruby King, as guardian ad litem, on behalf of Carol King Gaddis and her husband, Robert Gaddis, both minors, against Ralph Starr and A.F. Beddoe as copartners, and their respective wives, to recover damages for personal injuries and expenses sustained by Carol King Gaddis while working for defendants.
