BUCHANAN, Justice.

On November 25, 1950, Henry C. Richardson was injured in a collision between an automobile in which he was riding and one driven by Ralph Seymour and owned by Burford Buick Corporation. On April 11, 1951, Richardson brought an action for damages against Seymour and the corporation. On November 9, 1951, before the case was tried, Richardson died of a heart attack, not related to the injuries received in the accident. On January 26, 1952, the action...
