Defendant, together with Robert Geros and Louis Wilson, was charged with the crime of burglary in the second degree as defined by RCW 9.19.020 [cf. Rem. Rev. Stat., § 2579]. The action was dismissed as to Robert Geros prior to trial, and Louis Wilson fled the jurisdiction of the court.
