Mrs. Delories Bishop, by next friend, in an action against Carter Contracting Company, a motor common carrier, on account of the death of her husband by reason of negligence, statutory and simple, of the defendant, recovered a verdict. The defendant's motion for a new trial as amended was overruled, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment denying a new trial.
