These claims arise from an accident which occurred during the running of the International Grand Prix auto races at Watkins Glen, September 23, 1950. They were tried together and are herewith decided together, but to avoid confusion the term "claimants" will be used to refer to the claimants, Robert McCoy, John G. Nicholson and John Smeaton, who were spectators, and unless otherwise indicated...
