Anderson Brothers Corporation1, a Texas corporation, brought this action against H. T. Holland, Jr., and Holland Construction Company,2 an Oklahoma corporation, seeking a declaratory judgment declaring that Anderson was the owner of certain personal property which it had leased with an option to purchase from Holland. From a judgment in favor of Anderson, Holland has appealed.
