The appellants, Cophlin Williams and wife, Opal Williams, filed a petition in the district court of Parker County seeking to adopt the minor child Leonard Allen Liles. The appellee, Betty Liles, natural mother of the child, intervened, praying that the adoption sought by appellants be denied.
