Mrs. Sarah Jane Bailey, a widow, was injured when an automobile in which she was riding as a guest collided with the rear end of a bus owned by Dallas Railway & Terminal Company. In the trial court Mrs. Bailey recovered a judgment of damages against the Railway & Terminal Company, but the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded for retrial by the Court of Civil Appeals. 245 S.W.2d 275.
