Appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of forgery under the Acts of 1905, ch. 169, § 676, p. 584, being § 10-2102, Burns' 1942 Replacement; tried by the court without the intervention of a jury; found guilty as charged, and sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a term of not less than two (2) years or more than fourteen (14) years and fined in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and costs.

The sole error assigned for reversal...
