This is an appeal from a decree sustaining a demurrer to an amended bill of complaint praying specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale of real estate.

On June 25, 1951, Willard E. Vary, a veteran, and Carol M. Vary, his wife, filed a bill of complaint alleging in part that they had been disappointed by their inability to purchase a home in Kensington Estates, represented by one Floyd Abraham...
