W. D. Jenkins sued Guy A. Thompson, Trustee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, in the circuit court of Lawrence County, Missouri, for damages in two counts. Each count of plaintiff's petition was dismissed upon motion on the ground the Arkansas statutes of limitations barred the actions.
