Petitioner seeks to annul an award of the Industrial Accident Commission in favor of the injured employee Glenn W. Dahler. It maintains that the injuries did not arise out of, nor were they incurred in the course of, the employment, and that therefore they are not compensable under the Workmen's Compensation Act. (Lab. Code, § 3600, subds. (b), (c).)
