We granted a writ of certiorari in this case to review the decision of the Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit affirming the district court's judgment maintaining the defendant's exceptions of no cause and no right of action and dismissing the plaintiff's suit to recover compensation for an injury sustained in rescuing an imperiled child on the employer's premises.
