William M. Estep and Dora Estep, his wife, together with Abe Simon, Earl Edward Southard and Sadie Stafford, were indicted in the criminal court of Cook county on November 25, 1949, upon a charge of conspiracy. Counts 1, 2, 3 and 4 allege conspiracy by the defendants with each other and with Velma Mills, Daniel Mills, Anna Huber, Ethel C. Tarpey, Frank Handzik, Ethel Handzik, Lillian Meiers, Alma Meiers...
